Mzoli's place is a famous butchery and restaurant, beloved  by Cape Town out going students. Students from various campuses meet there on weekends to enjoy themselves with delicious meat and drinks. Moreover people from different ethnic groups meet and enjoy themselves without segregating each other.

Mzoli's place is situated in the heart of Gugulethu, on the outskirts of Cape Town. It was established 2005 and is the most visited place in the area. Being an international student you are also encouraged to visit the place so to understand the people of South Africa and their culture. However, Mzoli's place is one of the places that promotes drug abuse, crime and perpetuate the spread of HIV in Cape Town. Some students go there to drink alcohol and further mix with wrong people who then introduce them to other drugs like cocaine, heroin and so on, and once drunk may result in unprotected sex with their partners which then put them at rick of HIV.

Considering that today is a generation of party people, Mzoli's place is therefore seen as the place to be in Cape Town. It will continue to embrace fame and popularity for the next decade, due to its culture of embracing socialism.
