Africa Day

"the beauty of Africa"
May 25 is Africa Liberation Day. On this day many African countries celebrate the hard-fought achievement of their freedom from the European colonial powers. The aim of the celebration is to celebrate African diversity and success and to highlight the cultural and economical potential that exist on the African continent.

In the past years, Africa has been marked by the controversial evidence of rising wealth inequality,deterioration of public finances and stagnating growth of the Western economies.  Despite all the negative implications Africa has so much more to celebrate. However, what is there to celebrate if the western countries have still engulfed Africa in civilised slave trade in the name globalisation and capitalism. We are still slaves in our own land. Its a pity that Africa is the richest continent but it has the poorest rate.

"King of Swaziland"
Subsequently. there is so much more to celebrate in Africa. As long as we still have our culture, and traditions, as long as we can still identify ourselves, there is so much more to look forward to. Africa has a great future ahead.

Long Live the King (last absolute monarch in Africa);
Long live Africa ( my land of natural beauty).
